The Smoke Sheet Talks COVID-19 & Sterling Ball Cooks At Home!

from The BBQ Central Show · host The BBQ Central Show

(March 31, 2020 - Hour Two) Right at the top of the second hour I will convene the BBQ Central Show American Idol judges for the results. As you might recall, the 3 Embedded Correspondents and I tried to sing Thin Lizzy's smash hit, "Jailbreak". Three of us will move to next month and one will be eliminated. Tune in right at 10pm Eastern o hear who makes it and who doesn't! After that nonsense, I will be joined by Sean Ludwig (and maybe Ryan Cooper) from NYC BBQ to talk about the current state of affairs as it relates to the BBQ world and how he sees this playing out over the next few weeks and month. We will also recap his recent trip to Italy in advance of the big virus outbreak and what he is doing to stay safe. Helping me close the show tonight is Sterling Ball from Big Poppa Smokers. Sterling has been one of the most successful and dominant teams on the competition circuit for the past 10 years winning some of the biggest contests around. We will talk about how the current state of the country is affecting his online business (and music business) and what he thinks the competition season is going to look like once we resume normal life. Sterling is always ready to share his thoughts and we look forward to hearing his thoughts tonight!! BBQ Central Show Sponsors!
