1. Softlightes are an electro-tinged indie-pop outfit from So Cal that formed from the remnants of the Incredible Moses Leroy. 2. Singer Ron Fountenberry is an admitted M.C. Hammer and Bobby Brown fan. 3. The band was signed by Austrailian indie powerhouse Modular from a demo CD that literally traveled it's way around the globe. 4. The band's 'Girlkillsbear' track was remixed by Sweden 's Lo-Fi Fnk 5. Fountenberry told Spinner that Gene Kelly' s 'Singing in the Rain' was an influence on the record.
