The Solar Plexus Center: Emotions, Awareness & Clarity

In this episode of my 9-part Human Design Center Series, we’re moving into the Solar Plexus Center. This is the center associated with emotions, emotional waves, and, in Human Design, emotional authority.The Solar Plexus is one of the most important centers to understand because it can teach us something really powerful: clarity doesn’t always happen in the moment.We’ll talk about what it means to have a defined vs. open Solar Plexus, the gifts and challenges of both, and how each can experience emotions and emotional energy differently.If your Solar Plexus is defined, you may experience a more consistent emotional wave that goes up, down, and all around. If it’s open, you may be more sensitive to and amplify the emotions of the people around you.Neither is better. Neither is something you need to “fix.”The invitation is simply to notice.Because sometimes the most Glow Brighter thing you can do is give yourself enough space to feel what you’re feeling before deciding what it means. ✨
