He has built and led seven diverse schools, including Christian, government, and private institutions. His commitment to education includes founding and pastoring three congregations.Dean holds a BA Hons, PGCE, and PGDEM, along with a Master’s degree and PhD in Theology, an MBA, and a Diploma in Strategic Management. As a Certified Business Leader and Property Broker, he possesses extensive knowledge.
