from The Soul Goals · host Dawn

Send us Fan MailBeach volleyball coach Vince Miranda has always been filled with a passion for life and a desire to contribute to his community.  His immeasurable dedication to his athletes is a true testament to that fact!  Finding his calling has been filled with challenges and obstacles but Vince will be quick to tell you that it’s all been part of a very fulfilling and integral piece of his soul’s journey.  Vince’s current season finds him facing another part of his story head-on with a strong faith, a resilient spirit, and a will to achieve.  In August of 2023, Vince was involved in a motorcycle accident that devastated his physical body and left him fighting to navigate his biggest challenge yet:  The ability to rely on his body to carry him and hold him up.  Numerous surgeries, hospitalizations, rehabilitation stays, and ongoing physical therapy found him clinging to his faith and grabbing tight to the fortitude to walk and run once again.  In our talk, we referred to this portion of life as his competition season, the one where he is now the player with the strongest, most supportive cheering section alongside him in the stands.  Vince’s gratitude for the support system that stepped in to be his advocates and his life lines is evident as he expresses how much different things would be without it.  His thankfulness and positive spirit are fueled by the gift of his community without a doubt! As Vince continues to heal his physical body, he continues to send up thanks and praise for the gift of this life.  His blessings are opening up one-by-one!  In fact, blessing #1 finds Vince joining the Stetson University Beach Volleyball coaching crew this season doing film breakdown and analytics for the team, a huge benefit for not only him but the program as well! I know that Vince’s incredible cheering section will be ecstatic to see Vince walk back out on the sand to coach and play one day.  With his determination and his desire, anything is possible!    Everyone has a story, and every story matters!Support the showThank you for lending your time to The Soul Goals today!  If you enjoy the content, we'd love to have you subscribe and write a review! You can also find more of The Soul Goals on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube!https://instagram.com/the_soul_goals?igshid=OGQ5ZDc2ODk2ZA==https://www.facebook.com/TheSoulGoals?mibextid=LQQJ4dhttps://youtube.com/@TheSoulGoalsPodcast?si=XvgQQnixi-SmMGg7If you have an idea for an episode or would like to share your own story, we'd love to hear from you!  Email [email protected]
