Stop being people pleasers! ⚠️In this video, Monica talks about stop being people pleasers. To realize at what point that is going to make us feel so bad, that brings down our levels of energy and vibration, and consequently, we are going to start attracting things that we do not want. How many times we have not honored ourselves, or we are still doing things we do not want to, but we are afraid to speak up or to stop doing them? She invites us to join the Healer Heal Movement, which is about working with ourselves. Because there are many coaches, healers, and therapists, it does not matter how many certifications they have or how much they are aware of, suddenly, they just start pleasing people or feeling ashamed, guilty, blamed, or just angry. They are going to project it onto their clients.
