Acomi and Turk182 have their ire raised when Jeffrey Katzenberg, former chairman of The Walt Disney Company and CEO of DreamWorks/DreamWorks SKG, was recently interviewed about AI and the future of animation. The talentless and imagination devoid Katzenberg pronounced AI as the future of animation. According to him, within 5 years AI will make creating animated films faster and cheaper; eliminating the years of hard work and creativity and talent that it takes now. By using prompts, AI can write the script and produce the animation; with very little human involvement.
