The idea for this episode came through on the weekend and has been very noisy. It wouldn't leave me alone until I sat down and began the creative process. It truly became a process, a somatic experience of sensory memories that come flooding into my body in powerful ways. I explain my process and then tell the story that accompanies each of the 15 songs. If you know me, it is highly likely that you will hear a memory that also belongs to you.
