In the fourth episode of the SpeakHER series, Lillian sits down with Sandra Allen. Sandra immigrated from Cuba at 2 years old, got her masters in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University, and is the founder and CEO of Almora Advisors. Almora Advisors partners with nonprofits, foundations, and corporations by designing and implementing solutions for greater impact.   The SpeakHER Series is created by Stuart Country Day School student, Lillian '24. She sits down with impactful women to talk about their journey to their current position and challenges they've faced; she also discusses access to and the power of education, especially for women.
