Rich Stover is the Administrator of the Governor’s Office of Energy and Mineral Resources. The SPEED Council has recently been created to offer a more streamlined, efficient process for companies to engage in to bolster our energy production and mineral harvesting processes. This is NOT a rubber stamp program, but instead one focused on making a more attractive review and regulation process for companies looking to work and produce things like power and crucial materials in Idaho. The school systems in the area are also quite diverse. Boise school district and West Ada School District, though right next to each other, are quite different.
