Animation April continues with a throwback to the past with a throwback to Western fantasy animation. Particularly the rotoscoped animation style of Ralph Bakshi and the background settings of Frank Frazetta. this makes the style visually unique, to both the benefit and detriment of those elements. And the cast is filled with known fantasy enthusiasts and figures, like Lucy Lawless, Patton Oswalt, and Joe Manganiello. The story is quite unique as well.
