Tim and Colton had the honor of sitting in with folks at the Jesus Collective and discussing what Jesus-centered leadership looks like when transitioning from a Bounded Set to a Centered Set culture. We distill the discussion down to us as individuals as we try to live a Jesus-centered life in our workplace, friend groups, and family. Get proficient in perceiving the presence of the Spirit in our midst 3. When we discern where the Spirit is moving, our job is to experiment with the Spirit and the measure of our success by new learnings and shifting imaginations 4. You should expect resistance 5. Form rhythms – personally and corporately – that help us live healthy and sustainable lives 6. Competence develops credibility 7.
