THE SPIRIT OF GOD AS MY DAILY COMPASS
from The Kingdom Of God First Podcast. · host Tewe Kolade Felix
📖 Scripture “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth...” — John 16:13 Devotional Message: A compass is designed to provide direction and keep travelers on the right path. In the same way, God has given us the Holy Spirit to serve as our spiritual compass, guiding us through life's decisions, challenges, and opportunities. Without direction, it is easy to become confused, distracted, or lost. The world offers countless voices and opinions, but the Holy Spirit provides guidance that is always rooted in God's truth and purpose. He sees the end from the beginning and knows the safest and most fruitful path for your life. The Holy Spirit does more than point the way; He walks with us daily. He warns us when we are about to make wrong decisions, comforts us during difficult seasons, and gives wisdom when we face uncertainty. His guidance is a gift that keeps us aligned with God's will. To benefit from His direction, we must remain connected to Him. Through prayer, Bible study, worship, and obedience, our hearts become sensitive to His leading. The more we fellowship with Him, the more clearly we recognize His voice. When the Spirit is your daily compass, you do not have to depend solely on human understanding. Even when the road ahead seems unclear, you can trust that He is directing your steps and ordering your path. Make it a habit each day to ask, “Holy Spirit, lead me.” His guidance never fails. Trust His direction. Follow His promptings. Walk confidently in His leading. Today, Ask Yourself Am I allowing the Holy Spirit to guide my decisions daily, or am I relying only on my own understanding? Prayer Almighty Father, thank You for the gift of the Holy Spirit. Let Him be my daily compass and guide me in every decision I make. Help me to recognize His voice, trust His leading, and follow Your will faithfully each day. In Jesus' name, Amen.
