The Spiritual Insurrection (Part 2)

This week, Bishop continues teaching on "The Spiritual Insurrection." Sin begins in the heart and manifests itself in overt deeds. The enmity of minds can lead to wicked works. Both attitude and action of a natural man is at war with God. The process of conversion beings with right thinking about God and the dying and rising of Jesus Christ. Once, we (believers) were separated from God and spiritual blessings. One of satan's tool to get people to disobey God is to lie. When a person believes and practices a "lie," they become a child of disobedience. We as believers must be able to discern the "truth" from a "lie" and walk in truth. This means our lives should match our confession. Continuing on with Christ is an absolute essential.
