The Spiritual Reset: The Gift of Allowing and Learning to Make Space for The New

from Becoming Her On Purpose · host Samantha Miller

Hello beautiful souls! Welcome to another episode of Becoming Her on Purpose. I wanted to update you on what's been happening in my life! As we close out December, I've been going through the wringer mentally, spiritually, physically, and emotionally. I've had to dial up my self-care and guard my mental health. I know it all will serve a purpose, but going through it has been challenging, to say the least. This saga is filled with job loss, friendship revelations, and sudden epiphanies that have left me with clarity. Sometimes to get to our next season we have to release things that no longer serve us. We must be honest with ourselves and ask ourselves where we can be better organized and see better boundaries. We have to heal. I believe that we must get to the root cause of things to successfully set our goals. Join me on this journey to self-actualization through living my life with purpose on purpose. #glowup #goalsettingmotivation #spiritualgrowth #2024goals #selfcare contact: [email protected] IG: b_heronpurpose TikTok: i_am_samanthalynn
