Her writings have helped many understand the journey of the soul after its initial spiritual awakening, and the seven levels the soul can travel through while on earth.I’ve truly loved learning about St. Teresa of Avila, and her teachings have deeply moved me, helping me understand my own spiritual path in ways I’ve never seen before. St. Teresa didn’t start off as your typical saint. She was a highly intelligent woman who struggled with the desires of the world while being deeply called to her spiritual path.
