THE SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS MOVIE (2004) Movie Reaction! | First Time Watch! | Tom Kenny, Clancy Brown

Achara & Alli react to The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie (2004), diving into the big-screen adventure that follows SpongeBob and Patrick as they leave Bikini Bottom on a mission to retrieve King Neptune’s stolen crown and save Mr. Krabs. What starts as a goofy road trip quickly turns into a chaotic, joke-packed journey filled with absurd humor, unexpected emotional beats, and iconic moments that helped define a generation of Nickelodeon fans. This reaction stands out for its mix of nostalgia, nonstop comedy, and surprisingly heartfelt character moments, as Achara & Alli experience the film’s wild tone shifts and memorable scenes in real time. Directed by Stephen Hillenburg (SpongeBob SquarePants, Rocko’s Modern Life, SpongeBob SquarePants Season 1–3, SpongeBob SquarePants specials, animation legacy projects) and Mark Osborne (Kung Fu Panda, The Little Prince, More, Greener, SpongeBob SquarePants work), the film features the voice talents of Tom Kenny (SpongeBob SquarePants TV series, Adventure Time, The Powerpuff Girls, Rick and Morty, CatDog), Bill Fagerbakke (Coach, How I Met Your Mother, SpongeBob SquarePants TV series, The Stand, Funny Farm), Rodger Bumpass (SpongeBob SquarePants TV series, Invader Zim, The Angry Beavers, Rocko’s Modern Life, Monsters vs. Aliens), Clancy Brown (The Shawshank Redemption, Starship Troopers, SpongeBob SquarePants TV series, Highlander, Billions), and Mr. Lawrence (SpongeBob SquarePants TV series, Rocko’s Modern Life, Camp Lazlo!, Adventure Time, Invader Zim), bringing together a voice cast deeply tied to animation, Nickelodeon classics, and widely recognized fandoms that continue to drive strong reaction and nostalgia-based discovery. ___________________________________________________ We've got merch!
