Arnie was an incredible track and field athlete, winning the gold medal at the 1976 Olympics in the long jump and for over 40 years after his retirement was the consummate professional as a tenured professor at San Diego Mesa College, a true ambassador for the world of track and field internationally, here in the United States and in his hometown of San Diego, California, and an even better human being epitomizing humility, honesty, and selflessness. We are joined in this episode by former intercollegiate head coach and retired NBA Assistant Coach with the 2008 Boston Celtics and later with the Los Angeles Clippers, Kevin Eastman. Kevin talks about his incredible journey and his interactions with so many of the games greatest players of all time including but not limited to, Hall-Of-Famers, Kobe Bryant, Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, Ray Allen, Steve Nash, and so many others during his two stints with soon-to-be Hall-of-Fame coach, Doc Rivers.
