The Sports Grind 4/23/24 Hour 2: Are the Denver Nuggets the Next Dynasty in the NBA? Nikola Jokic’s Brother Assaults Fan at Game 2 and the Family Gets a Pass Again.

A listener question at the start of Hour 2 brings things back to the Denver Nuggets who are off to a strong start on their title defense. With Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray, is the Mile High City showing signs of taking the “new dynasty” title from the Golden State Warriors? Staying with Denver, Joker delivered blow after blow to the Los Angeles Lakers on Monday night and one of his brothers landed a shot of his own in the stands. The assault was videotaped but didn’t make the morning news cycle across major networks as the media seems to be giving the family a pass once again and Calvin wants to know why.
