The Sports Grind 4/29/24 Hour 1: Dallas Cowboys Didn’t Address Running Back in the 2024 NFL Draft But Are Bringing Ezekiel Elliott Back. Anthony Edwards Leads Sweep of the Phoenix Suns.
from The Sports Grind · host The Sports Grind
All offseason, the Dallas Cowboys have known the running back position was one of need and entered the 2024 NFL Draft in the same spot. Despite rating Texas’ Jonathan Brooks highly, Jerry Jones & Co. didn’t take him or anyone else through the seven rounds, signing Ezekiel Elliott today instead. In the NBA, the first round of the playoffs is still rolling for everyone except the Phoenix Suns and Minnesota Timberwolves after Anthony Edwards led the young Wolves in a sweep of the star-studded Suns.
