The Carolina Panthers are hiring from within, to replace the GM that turned them into the worst team in the league and traded away the #1 pick. Sure Dan Morgan is a former player and NFC Champion with the Panthers, but what sense does this hire make? Is David Tepper doing the right thing, or did every other candidate stiff him? The Tennessee Titans have hired Brian Callahan as their new head coach. Callahan took the Cinicinnati Bengals offense to another level, with the help of Joe Burrow, Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, and others. He even made Jake Browning look like a good starting QB when Burrow went down. Now he has to develop rookie QB Will Levis and maybe bring Tee Higgins with him?
