Last night, we proudly presented the first episode of The Starting Line, where your sports week gets started every Wednesday night. In this brand-new, hour-long weekly sports talk show, Matthew Givone covers everything from high school sports here in Mobridge and the surrounding area to national sports topics. This week, Matt discussed the Jayden Daniels cease-and-desist, the upcoming MLB playoff race, and more. We also heard from Brady Longbrake about the summer American Legion Baseball season and Mobridge-Pollock head football coach Donovan Flaherty about the upcoming football season. Matt also took a deep dive into the upcoming season opener between Mobridge-Pollock and St. Thomas More. The Starting Line airs live every Wednesday at 7 P.M. on Star 99!
