Ms. Kelly is currently chief-of-staff to Illinois State Treasurer Alexi Giannoulias, and the first Black female to hold that position in Illinois and she is now making her move to be the next State Treasurer from this state. Join veteran news reporter, Ron Carter and Robin Kelly as they discuss some of the hard financial issues that still face Illinoisans and the nation. *********** During the second half of this show several Black Business owners in Chicago will hold a round-table panel on "The State of Black Businesses in Chicago."
