The sense of urgency regarding Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is felt strongly in the US. The deep social crisis that followed after the killing of George Floyd in 2020 led corporations to realize and admit that their DEI efforts up until then did not drive significant enough change. Today US corporations are increasing their commitment to DEI by setting ambitious goals and better metrics to measure progress, increasing transperancy on progress and KPIs, and linking the progress and KPIs to executive compensation.It was our pleasure to host Kari Niedfeldt Thomas, Managing Director at CECP who shared her insight and perspective on the issue.
