He was appointed to The Senate by Prime Minister Trudeau in 2016, as part of the first wave of independent nominations, but resigned his position three years later disappointed by the continuing partisanship he saw in the upper house.Today, André has taken up the mantle for the Parti Libéral du Quebec as President de la Commission Politique.We’re going to talk about exactly what that role is.
