The State of the NYC Rental Market Amidst The COVID19 Pandemic
from Real Takk Podcast · host Real Takk
After a little hiatus (sorry!) Dylan & I discuss the state of today's NYC rental landscape amidst the COVID19 Pandemic. In short, Manhattan is getting destroyed. And to be candid, nobody has a playbook for what seems to be an impossible task to manage these vacancies. (and dealing with the human aspect of the business has been nothing but a challenge) NYU Alum Dylan Pichulik is the Founder & CEO of XL Real Property Management, a leading NYC property management firm that specializes in managing the assets of condos & coops owned by individual & institutional investors throughout the world. His real estate background started at the ripe age of 18, working as an agent at Citi Habitats. After a stint in being a broker & joining in on the Citi Habitats Marketing Group representing their larger developer clients at the time, Dylan then dove further into property management, joining Ziel Feldmans HFZ capital group. There he managed their several million square feet of condominium & new developments throughout NYC. (their projects include the Belnord, one madison, devon condo, seat, 45 Wooster, seat, herald towers, tempo, the Bryant to name a few. Dylan lives in with his wife, kid, and a 60-pound golden doodle.
