The Step Up Club On Finding & Faking Confidence

from Not Another Mummy Podcast

Do you feel like a confident person? Even if your answer is yes, most of us have major wobbles from time to time (I know I do!) And as a mum, there are so many times when confidence is needed - those early newborn days where you've got all of this new stuff to get your head around, going to baby groups on your own, being a newbie at the school gate and going back to work after maternity leave all take confidence, and we don't always have it. My guests on this episode - Phanella Mayall-Fine and Alice Olins - have some brilliant thoughts on the matter. Together they run Step Up Club, a great organisation that gives women career support and networking opportunities. Their book, Step Up, was published by Penguin in 2016 and they recently launched The Step Up School. Tell me what you think of the podcast by tweeting me, emailing me or sending me a DM over on Instagram. If you haven't already, leave me a review on iTunes. Hope you enjoy this episode!
