Now owner of 'The Reynolds Group', a radio consulting company, Steve tells how listening to legendary stations like WABC in New York and WLS in Chicago inspired him to work in broadcasting; his storied career spanning from Iowa to Connecticut to eventually Raleigh, NC; and how he met his talented co-host Kevin Silva and why their unique personalities brought together a successful morning show. He also discusses radio coaching (including his work with New Country 96.3 in Dallas and Hot 97 in New York); where and how to find talent that are truly entertaining and the future of media.
