The Story Behind the Price

A customer asked me a simple question today: "Do you have anything a little cheaper?" It's a common question, but it got me thinking about something I deal with every day as an optician.In this episode, I talk about what's really behind the price of a pair of glasses. We'll look at why one pair might cost 100,000 yen and another might cost 10,000 yen. I believe both have their own kind of value, and I'll share my thoughts on that.
