The story behind why I changed the direction of my Instagram page

Hey there! You've come to the right place. 2020 was absolutely crazy for a variety of reasons and my focus on things have changed and as a result I've changed the direction of my instagram page.  In this podcast I go into detail about why that is, what you can expect from it going forward and why it's perfectly ok to just unfollow and move along if what I post doesn't work for you.
