I will share the story of how I cured myself of them in the hope that this episode might help anyone out there listening who is dealing with this too. In Psalm 59, David speaks to God of his fright because his house is being watched by Saul. This is the same kind of fear during any kind of mental trauma, fear of when it may strike us again and the burden of always carrying it everywhere we go.
