Phil Bass is a PHD in Animal Science, a professor at University of Idaho, and a huge cattle lover. Cattle and the industry around it are integral to Idaho's food security and its economic production, and there are in fact more cattle than people in the state. It’s also home to many law enforcement agencies, like Ada County and Canyon county Sheriff offices, Idaho State Police, Eagle Police Department, Meridian Police Department, and many more. The school systems in the area are also quite diverse. Boise school district and West Ada School District, though right next to each other, are quite different.
