The Story of Jinx, the Loose Cannon

GET EXCITED!  This week we take a shot at Jinx's story.  With the release of Riot Game's Arcane TV show I am going to start working through the stories of the various characters featured in the show.  Jinx is a central character, and I am intrigued by her relationship with Vi.
