Anamaria Morales’ mission is to “bake [her] way through college one cheesecake at a time!” Coming from a low-income Latino family, she needed to think creatively about how she was going to fund her higher education. Her story is about resiliency, an entrepreneurial spirit, and how she has put action behind her goals. She is the owner of College Confectionista, has realized her dream of attending UC Berkeley, she wants to create a non-profit to help others achieve their dreams, and she has recently been featured in @Cosmopolitan Magazine, @GoodMorningAmerica, is all over the radio, and has been on news!
