The Straight Guy Who Became a Gay Adult Film Star: The Wild Story You’ve Never Heard

What would you do for money? Have you ever found yourself in a job you never expected — something outside your comfort zone, judged by others, or simply too well-paid to turn down? This week on The StickyBeak, Monika sits down with Zane Robinson, known in the gay adult film world as Elliot Finn— a straight man who unexpectedly became a star in gay adult films, and the self-proclaimed “only straight bottom.”Zane’s story flips assumptions about sexuality, identity, and the choices we make to build a life that works. We explore how he ended up in the industry, what really happens on set, and how he navigated labels, stigma, and public perception. It’s an honest, surprising, and very human conversation about identity, judgment, and the unlikely paths our lives can take.Thank you to Zane Robinson for taking the time to have a chat.
