The Strange Attractor: Pulling Reality Forward
from Strange Attractors Podcast Hosted by Strange Attractors Podcast
My Brain Broke in the Heatwave & I Found the Universe's Secret! 🤯 This week on Strange Attractors, I was literally melting (thanks, functional neurological disease!), while Christine was out raving in a trolley tunnel! 🕺 We introduce Terence McKenna's Strange Attractor Theory, questioning what the hell the universe is pulling us toward anyway. Is time even real? I share my wild theory that it's just our brains organizing chaos, and how "time bending" magic is totally possible (I swear I did my makeup in 15 mins!). We then discuss the silent influence of misogyny, ableism, and the hidden eugenics in our culture. Nobody is coming to save us, but don't worry, there's hope! We tackle how to hack your reality tunnel with chaos magic, and why bishops at immigration court are living proof of the strange attractor in action. Plus, we answer the burning question: How many Goths are left in Philadelphia?! (The answer might surprise you.) Tune in for mind-bending theories, personal rants, and a peek into the magical (and sometimes messy) ways we navigate reality. Join us for more cursey words and philosophy next week, when we bring Kabbalah and information theory to the party. Make a servitor over at The Autistic Burnout Project.
