Hey Beauties,  On today's episode I discuss being a strong woman.  Often times, women (especially Black women) are viewed as strong. The Strong Black Woman is an ideology that has its consequences and perks. But generally speaking, when you are viewed as strong, people (especially men) don't think you deserve protection. They don't think you should be provided and protected for. And every woman deserves protection because we have given so much to this world. Yes there are alot of factors that contribute to why we have to be strong (especially historical), but learn to be strategic. If you are not obligated to carry all the load, don't. Preserve your youth and energy. Fall back. Fall back into your feminine energy. Relax.  Beauties, I hope you learned more about being the Strong Woman and how to be strategic as to when to be strong/when to fall back. Stay tuned for my next episode. I love interacting with my audience please email me at [email protected]. Also, you can leave a voice message on Beauty Define’s Podcast to show support! I appreciate you! As always, you are fearfully and wonderfully made.
