Summary

Bayville has become a police state, with heavily armed soldiers patrolling the streets, and Congress is debating whether mutants should be allowed to exist. Storm and Beast stand up for their rights, and meanwhile, the baby X-Men are all grown up, fighting for their rights as well. Then there's Logan, who's the oldest mutant around, but also the biggest baby.
