By the time he made it to the minor leagues, he realized after just two years that as much as he loved the sport, it wasn't his greatest talent.  Little did he know that his career in sports was just beginning. He discovered that he had a real talent for leadership and sales. When he combined those talents with his passion for sports, he discovered his success intersection.
