a good, good, good, good, good, good morning. Oh Lord, hopefully that comes across well in the ear of the listeners man. Oh man, hey, how are y'all doing out there family, right? Yeah.

Sunday morning. Yeah, you Sunday, yeah, right? A good Sunday morning to y'all, ladies and gentlemen. The first of September, right?

For some, the beginning of spooky season, right? Cause we don't wait for October 1st, man. We start that thing real soon. Real soon, man.

It is also still, let me just, let me just pull this up y'all real quick. So that I'm saying the right thing. I know that September is a Virgo season. I remember that we've got some friends and family that are Virgo.

So, but there is another that slips my mind. Apologies, family. It is the Libra, yes. It is the Libra.

Later on in the month going on into October, we got our Libra's one time. Y'all on the ballots, right? It's the Sunday message. So talking about ballots.

We're gonna get into some topics today, ladies and gentlemen. We're gonna talk about what the month is today. What is this national month? What are the things that are gonna come up in this national month?

Right? Again, these are different days that have been set by your government. Right? That have been brought up from different people and different folks standing up for certain things as they should.

It's gonna shock you with some of these, with some of this stuff in this national month. Now, of course, you're gonna get certain days that come up. See, I never get to the point, before we start getting going. Thank you to the listener.

Right? Thank y'all for your support seriously. This road is a long road y'all. It is a long and winding road, right?

Full of all sorts and ups and downs, lefts and rights. And when we have to, we have to be aware of these things. I just, I actually literally just seen something, while I'm talking to y'all right now, so it was, yeah. Yeah, so international primate day.

Shout out to the primates in our lives, y'all man, right? Harambe, you know, because again, people can't be cool with their, with how they treat nature. So now you let your kids do whatever. Oh, come on, KJ, that was just, that was just, that was just a, that was an accident.

You know, it's sad what happened to Harambe, but we keep going down the same road. Listen, y'all, you need to start having risk. We as a family need to start having respect for our animal family out there, the animal kingdom. You know, I'm sorry.

I'm sorry. Seeing as how people want to say that the black man is so close to the primate. Of course, it's so cold black man, right? Y'all are apes.

Man, hey, you know, speaking about primates and stuff like that, as we give this little shout out here to our primates, y'all go check out all those planted in the apes movies. You can look at the old ones, right? And then they give you some perspective. Cool, it's a cool storyline, right?

Because it deals with what happens when people go out of balance, right? And then the consequence, because we talk about this on the podcast, the woven in rewards and consequences in life. Y'all want to get mad at the grand designer and fashioner and maker for putting this stuff in. I mean, that's all well and good.

That's a choice you can have. But guess what? Just to have to deal with it on the back. And anyway, these are the cold truths that the quicker that we get to it, y'all, the easier life becomes.

See it being for real. You have less wars, you have less internal conflicts with yourself or people when you start understanding these things. Virgos, the Virgos, the Libra's out there, right? Y'all balanced folk.

We don't go left. We don't go right. We stay right in that middle, man. That's what, when you look up what Libra deals with, that's what you're going to find.

So we're going to get into the word moderation, because certain things need to be put to bed when we talk on, let me see if I've got this here. This is going to be the first for today. And then we're going to talk about it. We're going to get into the back of this thing, talking about this month and what's to look forward to and what to be careful of and be reminded of in this month, right?

So sometimes these episodes hit with people, so we're going to let's get into it. Ephesians chapter five. I love doing that. Again, if y'all in church, y'all go to church this morning and understand.

They better be telling you something. I'm sorry, we don't go through. We'll just take modern church times, right? I know a lot of people like to go, we go and back now because we got to find out what the heck is going wrong.

So we're going back to understand something. Listen, because of the hardness of people's hearts, it's not hard to figure out. The preachers, the teachers, we've become, and again, they like putting the prosperity message in there. We like doing all of the healing message, the faith movement.

We like doing all that kind of stuff. Those are smokes for me instead of the fact that one knows the gifts, okay? How you choose to use them is a whole other thing. And we've been using them improperly, so it's time to start using them properly, which is where the moderation part comes in.

Because life is living balance, and you got to live life in balance in order to live life to the fullest. It's not only extremes, right? So here we go. Be there for five, this is Ephesians five, verse one.

Be there for followers of, I believe we've gone over this in different lights. Yeah, because Ephesians five is where we were talking about husbands and wives, and y'all think you're the Lord of everybody and all that kind of thing. So let's again, let moderation, right? Be there for followers of God.

Y'all welcome in us to 600 plus before I get going here. Who listen to and believe in an idea of a different view. Thank you, family, for coming in and walking this journey with me here. So verse one here in Ephesians chapter five.

Be ye therefore followers of God is dear children. Walk in love. Christ has also loved us, given himself as an offering and a sacrifice to God for his sweet smelling savor. When you sacrifice yourself of yourself to help somebody else, this is what it's like.

This is it comes off as a sweet smelling aroma. Saver. Sometimes when you say with the word saver, sometimes I still deal with almost what you taste. Something smells so good you can taste it, y'all right?

And that what we say. Before an occasion, again, dealing with something where prostitution, see we're not we're not we us here on this podcast. We don't do this thing. We're having sex with folks.

It's for occasion. OK, we don't we don't do that. We don't subscribe to that thought process. When you go back to the word for an occasion and look at it, look at it's edamall.

You're not doing it for time sake. Leave some homework for folks for an occasion is dealing with prostitution and the idea with prostitution. Not the part about making money is the part where diseases are spread. That's a problem.

That's an issue. So when you see this come up in the Bible, realize that is what is me and talk about. Just saying. I noticed.

I know. KJ, you're making a world where everybody can do it. No, I'm not. Because clearly you're looking at the world right now where everybody doing everything.

That's the problem. Not what I'm saying. OK. All uncleanness.

Now again, you can use a lot of things in this world in an unclean manner. Just saying what it is. Right? Again, where is the moderation?

Where's the balance? Right? We don't get into the definition of moderation here in a second. That's why I keep saying it.

Cabbatiousness. I don't even know how much again. Right? The reason the black man don't have to see the tables because other groups of people are covetous.

Because you saw what was going on in Kimmett. You saw what was going on in Israel. Not Israel. Well, again, dark people were in those lands.

But never mind. You saw what we use Palestine. Just because that's easier. Right?

It's easier for people's minds to understand. Right? From the history that they've been taught. So, again, we all grew up with this history.

So that's what you believe. But then again, is that the full of history? Or was that what you were taught? Two different things, right?

Don't covet, y'all. Right? This is where adultery comes in. Do not covet something like David with best sheep.

But that's what I keep going back to. This idea where you're going to do physical harm to somebody. Take their wife. That's the heart and idea of adultery.

Right? I'm sorry. Right? When we're doing something, it will rob it from people.

That's the issue. Not with this open agreement. It's a difference. I'm sorry.

I understand that people also look at that as adultery. Too totally different things. And again, we can be what now? Agreeingly disagreeable.

Right? Don't covet, y'all. There's no need. You've got more than enough down here for you to get.

You don't have to be worried about somebody else's stuff. Just saying. Let it not be once named among you as becoming saints. Now, the breakdown, certain things you've got to understand.

Because certain of these words have a certain connotation to them. So, I want to take the connotation off. Funny, as soon as you look at the word saint, you know what comes up with the New Orleans saints. Oh, man.

That's amazing. Yo, search. Listen, listen, y'all. I'm telling you right now.

I'm doing this thing in live and living color, man. You got it. You see, this is what I mean. You can't rely on.

You have to use a little bit of the mind here. Right? Right? Because the way the internet is set up by those who put the information out there, it's not making the information false per se.

It's the way it's put out there. That you got to be careful. So, you got to know a direction you go in in order to be able to get the right information. But that is different than saying you can't find it out because it's right online.

Yo, it's right before you even before again, for those who haven't read books yet, for those who will be led to the part where they start getting in the books, all that kind of thing, a lot of this is right online for you to say. A person acknowledges holy or virtuous. So holy set apart, sanctify. We said sanctify.

Holy and sanctify. Right? So if you are set apart, I'm sorry. You see, we made it to a spooky.

So I got to say it that way to take the spook off for those who are sanctified, y'all, this is certain things you wouldn't do. You're not going to participate in something that's going to spread disease all over the place. And I'm going to participate in things that take things out of its clean context, like vilifying sex and saying it can only be done in certain ways. No, wait, KJ, no, that's being clean.

Yeah, I know what you're saying. I know exactly what y'all say. Because we hear it all the time, y'all. Family, we hear the excuses all the time.

We do. And that's fine to each person in a room. That does not mean you know the full totality of that, which is sex, y'all. Covertiousness.

Again, can the brothers have a home to which y'all please? I know you got to take away the ability and do redlining. And you got your GI bill coming out for the veterans, but the black ones not? No, y'all have to figure it out, man.

Did that two-hour? Native brothers and sisters, man, we're going to move y'all all over this nation. Go for that. Covertiousness.

Look at the word. I think we go again. Right. Neither filtiness, foolish talking or jesting, which are not convenient.

This is verse four. I'm sorry, y'all. That's the end of the score. What we talk about, man, people like to say, joking, the joking, the making fun of all that kind of mess?

Nope. It's not convenient. It's not seems like it's easy. It's not convenient.

Give thanks. But rather give thanks. We're going to work around the job instead of making fun of them all the time, huh? Oh, yeah, yeah, you know, nothing.

We need to be before y'all don't have nobody working because see, the harvest is plenty, but the labor is a few. So why would you make fun of the labor? So you wouldn't empower them to be able to help you in the harvest. Pray you therefore the Lord or the harp.

Never mind that folks, folks, folks, folks, man. And this is Christian, folks, on these jobs, man. These folks saying they Christian, man. If you use the saint, if you set apart and sanctified, right?

You got to come out from among them, man. All right. So let's continue on here because these are certain things you get verse six that tells you that no man deceive you with vain words. Yeah, we're doing a lot of this for for time, secure walk his children light.

Let's see how no fellowship will be unfaithful words of darkness. Again, now it says, but rather reprove them, understand the Bible in this reproonness. This is what my Christian's who get on this whole judgment. Thanks so much again.

You got a balanced that moderation, right? Shout out to the Libra one time because again, you all studied the stars. There couldn't be any correlation between humans and the stars, right? There's no possible way.

The tides and all these other different nothing, right? There is no harmonious connection. Oh, man, the one who owns the cattle on a thousand hills and the and the and made people. There would be no connection between all that.

Y'all. What do we say? What do we even sit? So here you go, redeeming the time because the days are evil.

We got to get to the point. Y'all will re redeem the time. And this thing is wild. What's going on out here?

Forgot folks believing in one part of government better than the other part when it's all government. Why are you picking and choosing which one? Y'all all need to be doing the right thing by all of us down here. Whether it be the criminal or the non criminal, right?

We got to be judging in law correctly. See when you look at people the wrong way, you didn't already unbalanced the scales. Never mind. So just leading into that thought, which gets into moderation.

So Philippians four, let your moderation be known of all men. You know, another thing that's there, I believe. Let me see if it's there. Yeah, another thing before I skip into that one before we explain on that one.

Any fission shot the five is just do not be drunk with wine. Where is an excess again, where is excess somehow this correlated into don't drink wine, but the Lord of glory made wine for folks at a party. I know y'all saying it's like grape juice. I get it.

Wine. The things on this planet that are here occurring naturally is not by accident. It's not from Satan falling to the earth. See again, take the spook off y'all.

You got to understand that these things are here for us to enjoy. If you choose not to, that's your business. If you do, guess what you're told here to not do it excessively. That goes for everything on this planet because it's lived in balance.

Shout out to our Asian brothers and sisters one time, you know, for right now. Again, as we start studying life and figuring out what's been hidden from us, you're going to find that's a lot all over this planet, people who believe in a balanced lifestyle. However, where it is most popular right now is with our Asian brothers and sisters. Y'all shout out, y'all one time.

Talking about duality, talking about the yin and yang, talking about things that people keep saying is pagan. You know how the colonizer, what we call the colonizer, AKA invader coming over to all the different lands. See when you're the more you study history, realize this is all over the place coming all over the place, telling everybody who pagan and who holy. Yeah.

Yeah. I did say miss me on that because all that is is not wrong. It's just wrong for you to do. There's a difference, right?

And we're going to be bold enough here on this podcast to say it again. If you disagree, so be if you agree, so be it, right? Don't be drunk and wine or isn't excess. So get your drink on y'all, but don't stumble out the bar where you can't get home.

And if that's the case and you have a couple of days like that where that a couple of nights like that, what happens, y'all better have people around you to make sure you ain't getting hurt and assaulted and all that kind of thing. Because again, when you're in that state, you can't protect yourself. This is the idea behind excessive drinking. And we know to those of our dear brothers and sisters who deal with that, right?

This is where love comes in. You can't judge them and then think you won't help them. That don't work. So yeah, let's your moderation.

What is the definition KJ, a moderation when you look at it from the Greek? Of course, most of the stuff written in the New Testament is the Greek I was reading from the New Testament. Check this out, y'all. The ancient Greek word for moderation is let's see how I'm going to my best Greek.

My apologies to all those who are Greek here who might listen to this looks like so foreseen. I mean, I'm so so foreseen, something like that, right? One of the four classic virtues, interesting. It's an ideal of excellence of character and soundness of mind.

God has not given us a spirit of fear, but power, love, and of what sound mind. It's time to start using sound and right reasoning when we look at life, y'all, because we've been looking at it real, really, really as backwards. And we all have made that mistake. Okay.

When combined in a well-balanced individual, it can lead to other qualities such as temperance. We've unseen that. We heard that word in the Bible before. It's purity, decorum, nuh-huh.

I really do, again, for the time's sake, I don't like getting caught in these things here, but I want to say it for folks who understand behavior and keeping with good taste and propriety, again, is dealing with balance. This is where you start getting this silly idea with, oh, man, you actin' too black, ain't nobody, or you too white, or you or you. Now you can be balanced in who you are, but it's you. If how I am being comes off to you as too much, then maybe it's too much to you, and it's not actually too much.

But we never look at it that way. Again, can a person act a fool in the street that'll make him too black? That means act in a fool in the street, too totally different, never mind. Self-control.

Okay, and the Bible talks about that a lot. It's a whole thing here. You can look various different links, all you got to type in your computer is moderation definition in Greek. If you look at moderation's definition, just in English, it's the avoidance of excess.

Well, we just read that, didn't we? Or extremes, especially in one's behavior. Now, of course, they say political opinions, and here's the thing. Nobody is telling us, especially on his podcast, we don't do voter suppression, we're not.

We've just given you the light of the thing, which is that all government is designed to screw you on a certain level because that's how it was made from the jump. That's just it. You have to do as citizens, we have to band together to ask and request of our government in a legal and financial sense for that which we need in life, whether it is better health care, whether it is better education. And when we say better education, we're not just talking about access to tools or technology to get the education.

We're talking about we need to re-educate. People have been indoctrinated, y'all. Again, look at the word teaching and that you've been given the wrong stuff. You haven't been given the full picture.

So how are you going to know where to go? You're not. You got to know where you're going to know where you're going. Oh, excuse me.

You got to know where you came from to know where you're going. So yeah, living life and balance, not in extremes. Again, I don't mean you can't have fun. So again, to my Christian brothers and sisters, I understand we supposed to be preaching holiness and all that on here.

Sanctification, right? Set apartness. We understand that. But again, in this sense, what do you set apart on the dues?

Because we're saying a lot of don'ts. So don't wear the skirt. Don't have sex in these places or don't have sex until married. Don't drink.

Don't smoke marijuana. We got like a million things of the what are the dues? And when you start talking to folks about the dues, it gets really, it gets real small. That's a problem.

God is a bountiful and liberal. Right? That gives wisdom liberally. Now you think if God is given wisdom liberally, what else could God be given liberally without it?

Right? This is biblical stuff here that we've gone over on this podcast. So and I know people do the happiness, but so be it. So to say all that to say this, shout out to the Libra one time, right?

And also those in this month that will have Virgo birthdays in the earlier part of this month. So now we get to the question here. What is and as we sit at, I want to say is about 23 minutes. Okay, so what's what's September about y'all?

It takes time to talk about September. If I wish if I could have the song September playing in the background or maybe playing in the music with a, you know, for copyright reasons, that may not be possible. But it would be apropos for today. I wouldn't.

Right? Normally I do it on my cell phone. So anytime I get a phone call from anybody, that's what's playing. Shout out to earth winning fire one time, right?

Yeah. Shout out to earth winning fire one time. Y'all played us on all month, man. It's a good song, good words, good, good vibe.

It's just talking about living life and enjoying the month, enjoying the times redeeming the time by a back y'all. We got the ability to buy back time with how good we are toward people. That's a real thing. That's a real thing.

National Preparedness Month, an annual campaign. Now, again, when you look at this, they got this AI thing, it's got links all over the place, guys, so we're not talking off the cuff. Okay. National Preparedness Month, an annual campaign.

And again, this is, you know, it's not again, I'm not attacking under that, but drop those defenses. We're talking about that, especially for those who don't believe a thing, pessimists, right? For our quote, as they say, quoting down doubting Thomas is again, because Jesus was willing to give Thomas the information. Show your way as a show, show your money, y'all.

That's a real thing now to live your life and always doing that, never really believing anything again. That's a little bit out of balance, right? Whatever. Let's talk into our pessimists, brothers and sisters, all this kind of thing.

We understand, we do not down y'all. We understand the thought process. However, there are some things in life that this is for real for real, what it is, right? It's just what it is.

No different into our optimists, brothers and sisters, right? Who always believed the good of everything, which is a thing you were told of Bible to believe the good of people, but understand that there's pitfalls and traps you can fall into. You got to be careful. You got questions in the thing.

Free thinking, y'all, that's real. Okay. So National Preparedness Month, an annual campaign that reminds people to prepare for emergencies and disasters. And maybe if we, maybe if we demanded of our government a little bit better, everything that happened in Hurricane Katrina down in Louisiana would have been less if we had have built better walls, but ain't nobody taking the money to do all that.

There's too many snake dinners to be to be missed out on making sure the rest of the people are living in peace watching the movie Twisters. What could be done to help these towns not be destroyed from tornadoes? And even more so, how quickly are we prepared to help these towns were built after there were tornadoes? Hmm?

Because they come in y'all. They come in. But again, when you've got these government officials taking your tax dollar and you not demanding of them, guess what you going to get a whole lot's of nothing just like they get like exercise and mashed potatoes with a steak dinner on a yacht in the middle of Cancun somewhere. You just while you can't go to vacation, you tell me that's right.

See, this is why I'm saying no matter which one of them you vote for. Again, there is a level of symbolism with one of them, which I think we need to put on display. I'm sorry. It's time for men to be listening to the woman for once.

I know we skate right on, but we skate right on by it. Okay, Jay, I'm going to have all these immigrants and migrants coming in here and she ain't talking no policies. Neither one of them is talking any policies. The idea is designed to give little bits to you and lots to them.

This is not a bit. Listen, y'all, this is no longer about this is all tied into this talking about preparedness. Okay. This is no longer about the lesser of two evils.

In your mind, this has got to be way to greater or too good. We accept in scraps when the thing is designed for us. This goes out to also my brothers and sisters, man. It's time for us to band together and do this thing.

You cannot be relying on somebody who wants your extinction to give you freedom. That's not how this works, man. And we can do this thing and it's shown in history before that we do this thing. So be prepared for these disasters, emergencies.

I'll be out there for each other, man. This is real. Ain't nobody going to be able to rebuild their houses from disastrous fires and stuff like that, man. And tsunamis and hurricanes and earthquakes.

That's what's on the planet. Stop blaming God for what's on the planet and let's go. Let's go do the thing. Can we do the thing?

Can we stop finding the excuses and just do the thing, man? Right? National suicide prevention. My lord, my, my, my lord.

Lord bless these people who struggle. So again, we look at it the wrong way. I get it. There's another side of this.

Hey, you know, this daddy, this mama, this cousin, his brother's sister, son, daughter, right? They left the hole with the people that he left behind. But what about those people? Man, see again, moderation.

Where's the balance of thought? The pain that they were going through. We don't understand to the point they took their life. A precious gift, right?

Anyway, prevent it. Dress and keep the planet and in part of keeping the planet is dressing and keeping the people in the planet. Can you do anything to prevent it? No, KJ, so see, as soon as soon as it's like Luke Skywalker in Empire Strikes Back, y'all, we just talk about this warhead.

I know we're at 30 minutes here. Approaching 30 minutes. No, I can't move. I can't move this ship.

Yo, that man, you asking for too much? You're looking at the wrong things, man. This is why Peter looking at the waves is what the Bible tells you. Mm, mm, mm.

Looking at the waves on the water. That's where you start. Why are you looking at the thing that you're in control of like you went in control of it? We in control of it, y'all.

We in control of it. Normally, it's said when you are out of control, but you got control over the thing. We talked about this with words with this with this with this minister. You're talking about how words aren't of magic and witchcraft and all this kind of stuff, just things that that all because again, all of us don't have all knowledge.

So the certain things that he don't understand, which it is because again, none of us understand all of this. But the point is to bring across the fact that there are certain things in life, the power and the ability we've been given, we can prevent this mess. Now these young kids in college and stuff like that, it's coming out. I put up a thing here brother from Africa, I believe coming up with things to deal with cancer.

Y'all this time to put this thing down, man. It's time to never mind. National Hispanic Heritage Month, which will start September 15 through October 15. I got out to our Latin brothers and sisters on this planet who have gone through such horror, pain and struggle from in their own lives and lands and tribes.

Yes, I said it, because they had tribes and people groups and family familiar, just the same as other dark skin tone folks on the planet because that's how we roll. Y'all. Everybody got a different way of organizing and classifying themselves. That's how those people groups did it, especially before you came calling it.

All of them were Catholic, but they all had strong belief in God, right? And the heritage that they come from to be able to have control over talking about time so much so that we thought the end of the world was coming back in the day, right? It was a 2012. And they had to make fun of whether they knew not because again, no man knows what your Bible tells you, but the fact that they had the control over time to know what's going on life, this land, you got to get props to that.

This is not the time to think that the Mexican is just good to clean your bathroom. How disrespectful. You got to get that mess out of your mind and soul and psyche. Because it's wrong.

Now there's a great heritage there like there is on all of the different people groups on the planet and it's time to bring light to it. National childhood cancer, talking about cancer, right? We were just talking about cancer. Taking our babies is horrible disease.

Taking our babies, taking our cancer, taking our parents, our grandpa, man. What? And you all want to be the man of your government, man. We're not talking to finance.

We're talking to doing exactly what they're doing. And the lawyer in the finance, he can get behind that just the same as every other person. Y'all in these communities. I'm just saying what it is, man.

We can keep doing this dance like old president day or law president. Yeah. However you say it right? Shout out to our Latin brothers and sisters, man.

We're talking in Spanish, man. Right? That's not to mention that you'd listen to the word Hispanic and Spanish when you say it. It's talking Spain.

Man, this is not even these people's never mind. Never mind. I'm going to keep on going. Folks going to find it out more as we go along in life because that's how it is.

Knowledge is understanding wisdom, progressive in its applications, right? I don't know if folks got a problem with progression for this. So national prostate health month. And we're going to have a chance to just do little ones throughout the month on these things.

So they deserve their own episode, if you will. Prostate health, y'all. Gentlemen, to the men one time. Don't you get so manly and I can't cry and I can't do all this.

You better learn about your body, especially you want to be around for your son, right? You want to be around for your daughter? Sometimes we discredit our wife. We don't want to deal with the journey with that.

Although that's a real thing, man. I enjoy the journey with my life, man. Right? She teaches me things.

I don't know it all. Again, you got to get away from that mess. We'll talk to you that you had to know it all. That don't make no sense.

That don't make no sense. We need each other around us to teach us sound and write reasoning. So you can't have your own people and teaching you no sound and write reasoning. That's a different story, but you don't know it all on your own.

You need help. That's okay. That's how we're made. Right?

National guide dog shot out to our canine friends. We just had in a national dog day a little while ago talking about primates here. Right? Today, shout out to the primate.

You were rang a tank. She ate your primates, y'all. Right? The monkey.

The monkey. All of that, man. National guide dog, man helping the blind helping people, man. Right?

And in that, of course, they're talking guide dogs specifically, but you're service animal, right? Those who help our, I would disable veterans and veterans, man, that have that canine companion. That's a real thing. See, there is a bond between the human and the animal, and it's not just the ones on the land.

It's the ones in the sea too. It's the ones in the air. We are connected by a great and holy thread that holds us all together. Man, that thing is real.

That's why your Bible talks about a woven tapestry. Now, yes, primarily in the verse, it's talking about people, the saints, but those who have been set apart, come on somebody. If you've been set apart, humans are set apart for a certain purpose. To dress and keep the planet.

That's not just a Christian thing. That's a people thing. Neo-natal intensive care, not to get into the word neo-natal, but to just say it right out right? Again, that's a word, y'all can study neo-natal deals with kids, babies, right?

They also put in mammals in this definition when you look at it, but again, intensive care, man, looking out for the young ones. Before they're born, after they're born, they're not born here, so they can go into the military fight and somebody else is greedy purposes. Come on, somebody, right? You got to look out for the kids.

Like, do you really care about these babies or do you not? Are they just good for the income tax check, you're going to get every April, or is it something more than that, right? See, again, Massa wants you to break it down to its worst level. It's time to elevate, right?

This is part of the balance. That's the other side of it where they just use as mules, like you're being, like we're being, right? Then what would be the other side of that? Blood cancer awareness, man, a lot of disease, a lot of disease this month, because we got to see again, you can't look away from the thing, man, it's there.

The mole only faces there, man, what are you going to do with it? Blood cancer awareness month, a lot of people that we've lost from cancer in the blood, right? Also sickle cell awareness month, some of these are just kind of self-explanatory at this point, so there's no real need to go into a deep dive on some of these things, but some of them will be national recovery month. So it's one to say, then the last two here, disease literacy.

We're going to look at that one here for a second as we're at 37, we're going to try to end at 40 here, square dance month. So again, for our Midwest, you know, like that Southern Midwest, Southern Western folks, right? Square dancing, it's your month, right? Go out there and do your best one, two step and shout in yell in happiness and in joy, right?

So let's go backwards here and look at national recovery month, because we want to give some clarity. What is national? What is that? And observance held every, let's say, started in 1989, a national observance held every September to promote and support new evidence-based treatment and recovery practices, the nation's strong and proud recovery community, the dedication of service providers and communities who make recovery in all its forms possible.

Now, this is, let's see, SAMHSA, I guess it's how it's said, which is the acronym for substance abuse and mental health services administration, right? That whole group aims to increase public awareness surrounding mental health and addiction recovery. So there you go. That's what is dealing with, national recovery month.

And don't you know some folks in our lives that, and all of us on different levels, right? We're talking mental health. That include everybody. Let's not, let's let, all right, I'm fine.

Yeah, I know. That includes, you know, that's, that's again, talking about the generations which we have not gotten into. That's a trope of the silent generation, the baby booma generation, that whole group. And it passed down to us where you got serious problems.

George Carlin did a whole thing about what the veteran goes through, because again, we're going to come up on Veterans Day here in November. Shout out to our military brothers and sisters here who help us defend this exude. Okay, because this is real. You got to talk about it in this kind of light.

Again, we keep doing what we've always been doing, but that's not helping because that don't help them when they go to the VA and they need real help. You know, another one of these things that Donald Trump has a problem with because it's okay to go to grave sites of our fallen brothers and sisters, which would be a grave site anyway. But of course, we're talking to military here, right? And it's okay to do families that you can do outside the cemetery, you had to be right in there, get in fights with the people that, no, no, see avoid the very appearance of things, right?

Avoid the very appearance of something that could look like, but we get people to pass. So we give the president a pass. We give people in our lives a pass. It's time to stop doing that because it's not helping, especially when you talk in addiction recovery.

Now again, we've mentioned alcoholism on spot cats. We've mentioned certain things, right? The addiction recovery is man people people, people having balances. We all do and it's time to help each other.

Right? That's what this that's this month. Okay. Disease literacy.

Let's look into that one real quick. And then we go and what is disease literacy? I don't know. Health literacy, accurate, accessible and auctionable.

So let's see, we're going to go on this is the disease. This is CDC. We all know about the CDC, right? We have been very familiarized with the CDC, especially in 2019, 2020, so on and so forth.

So let's see here what they say, see if they give a healthy definition to health literacy. And it's really not. So we're going to go down to the NIH personal health. Okay.

So addresses both personal health literacy and organizational health literacy in their new health people 2030 definition. So I guess this is going to go like this to 2030. Personal health literacy is the degree to which individuals have the ability to find, understand and use information and services to inform health related decisions, actions for themselves and others. And of course, just the opposite of that for organizations, organizations, again, your business.

But then again, you know, businesses already screwed because they're not going to really help you as far as providing for you like more sick time. Did you know in certain states you get more sick time depending on the job you're in than you do in others, especially because it's this whole thing with COVID? Why can't we have a blanket thing for everybody to have all that? Now I know everyone's doing the dance here.

Well, they got less people and they use that as an excuse to make sure you as soon as you set it out the mouth. They made sure they didn't give you time, but you still need time, you know, you still need time for sickness, right? Look at whenever you got some going on personal health, how many different times of the doctor asked you to come back to the doctor's office and every three months, how many different days would that be throughout a year? Y'all?

Three, six, nine, twelve, so you need four right there. They only give you, what's that? 40 hour work? Wait, four 40 hours, right?

Now, what if you have a problem? What if you got high blood pressure per se? Blood sugar issues. So in and so forth.

I told you guys we talk about it all in this podcast. If that's the case, when you need more days, but now if you're out of the 40, now what do you do? You're more involved, y'all. Again, the November vote is all well and good.

You got to get more involved. We got to band together, man. It don't matter if the dude working in your department, four down four floors down from you or whatever, it's all smelly and stinky. If they got something to do, you might as well put the nose clip on your nose or a good mask on you and talk to this dude because again, or lady, right?

Because again, we got to band together. What are we doing? They have banded together to get theirs. It's time we do for us.

And this is not a disrespectful or discourteous or violent manner. This is just this is the game. All right. So with that said, y'all, welcome to September.

Enjoy your fall pumpkin lattes. I know summer is still involved, but we understand folks like the bleed over and normally the summertime folks who don't like the cold, they don't want the rain and they don't want the snow and they don't want all that. Right. We get it right.

You get to push back back and forth. But again, enjoy time in all of its stages. So shy out to September one time, shout out to the family here one time. Thank y'all for walking this road with me.

And as always and until next time, look to find the beauty in a different view.
