This week on the Sunday Panel: Nick Mills, host of Newstalk ZB's Wellington Mornings and broadcaster Brodie Kane joined in on a discussion about the following issues- Cyclone Gabrielle is just getting started, but the early reactions seem familiar. People are panic-buying at the supermarket and being rude to staff at sandbag depots. Why do we react to big events like this? Has the Covid-19 pandemic changed the way people prep for disasters?  Why can't Auckland handle big events? There were train and bus issues before and after this weekend's Ed Sheeran concert, with people reporting it took 2 hours just to get on a train to Eden Park or waiting hours after the concert to get home.
