Stie ca fara somn corpul va fi inundat de hormonul de stress, cortizonul si acel hormon ingrasa (belly fat).Ea este sursa validarii ei, ea este stapana in viata ei si sursa originala a validarii ei. Ea este prima in viata ei, adica este bine, happy, implinita, prospera, se simte bine in viata ei si in siguranta in prezenta altor femei. Simte compasiune pentru absolut tot ceea ce este diferit de ea, le permite sa fie cum ele aleg sa fie.Suntem o familie feminina si ne sustinem, colaboram unele cu altele, bazandu-ne pe respect si admiratie, sustinere.
