The Supreme Court Exposes More IRS Abusive Powers

A recent unanimous Supreme Court ruling should alarm all Americans. The court ruled that if a friend or co-worker of yours owes money to the IRS, the IRS can look at your bank account information without your knowledge even if there is no legal connection between you and the person the IRS is targeting for collection. That's wrong, and it's just another reason why we need to abolish the IRS by replacing the income tax with the FAIRtax.
