The Supreme Court reinstates Trump on Colorado's ballot.

Trump on the ballot. On Monday, the Supreme Court ruled in a unanimous decision that states cannot disqualify former President Donald Trump from the ballot for his role in January 6, 2021. The ruling overturns a Colorado Supreme Court decision disqualifying Trump and applies to every state in the country. However, the justices were divided on the question of who can enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
