The Synapse Season 4 Episode 11 - I See Your MABP of 65mmHg and I Raise It...

It sounds great in theory, except like many other numbers and concepts in medicine, this is one of those that I truly feel make us as the Provider feel better than it actually does much for our patient. We know patients need a MABP of at least 65, but then again, some don't...some can go lower and not suffer from it...and some need it significantly higher either because of concurrent TBI or...maybe because their own usual MABP is well above 65...? How do we work this into our practice?
