This fall, I'm rereleasing all eight episodes of season 1, but cutting out the lecture portion of the podcast. In this episode, I interview Bob Wallace, Chair of the Thompson Coburn Sports Law Group. He indicates that the best leaders are those who emerge, based on their behaviors, rather than simply being appointed. Bob details why he believes great leaders are empathetic, good listeners, have emotional intelligence, and are kind.
