But they're going to Walmart, Target, and the importers, not to you — even though the Fed's own research shows American consumers paid nearly all of it, about $1,000 per household. Meanwhile, Trump's DOJ is in court fighting to keep as much of the money as possible — and a new 15% tariff already replaced the old one.
