We decided to do an audit of our entire back stage technology systems to see if they were working properly and what the experience was like from the patient’s perspective. We often have good intentions in making the patient experience great but fail to realize the back stage support structure needed to assure that. In this episode I breakdown all of the issues we had in our companies as it pertains to technology. Technology is not the only aspect of the back stage, but this was a particular issue we were having and now that many practices are deploying technologies, it is important to perform periodic audits.
