Jessika & I went deep, like the depths of Inanna’s descent, this conversation had many layers deep within the stories and experiences Jessika shares. Jessika walks us through the medicine she unpacked in her recent miscarriage & shares deep personal insights into her healing and journey of this loss. Jessika is a mother, a Soul Maven, and a woman on the path. She is dedicated to serving women and mothers as they move through the always-evolving call to create a compassionate, empowering, and embodied relationship with their SOULS and their community.  Jessika supports women in accessing their intuition to assist them in gleaning wisdom from their ordinary experiences, trauma, and generational stories.  She is the creator of the former group Mavens for Mama, an in-person and online community that centered Motherhood as a rite of passage.  She also developed the popular online course Unshame My Story which is designed to guide women through the process of releasing and reconciling their shame stories in order to access their MAVEN (wise one).  She is currently leading Tending The Soul workshops online and in-person, writing a SOUL NOTE newsletter and hosting The Soul Maven Podcast. Jessika is professionally trained in the areas of Functional Medicine Coaching, Reiki + Accessing Intuition, Holistic Nutrition, Birth and Postpartum, Birth Story Listening, Family Constellations, Creative Somatic Practices, and Yoga/ Meditation and has woven these modalities together over the last decade to create deep-dive Soul Maven sessions with both her group facilitation and 1:1 clients.
