The Terminator: Miami Vice Act 0 - Character Creation and (Poor) Rules Explanation

We join Colin as the Gamemaster as he navigates Bobbin, Cat, and Claire through a bit of a crunchier game than they are used to: The Terminator RPG. In it, we create characters, set up a few points to make things run smooth, and get ready to tell a tale that was mostly inspired by the original 1984 movie... at first.
